This is a documentation of day 19 of 39 (I update the morning after a day is complete)Friday, May 19, 2017 - Day 19OTF in the morning burned 885 calories - 2nd class in the last 2 days. 3 days of swim meets coming up and so I need to be on lock down and take all my meals with me.I had 5 meals. I forgot to add olive oil to all of the meals and rolled into meal 4 ready to attack a cake. I ended up eating a bar Kim made AND put some Ranch dressing on my meal - that one shot up to 858 calories.For the day I burned 3,298 calories.I took in 2,594 calories.The net deficit was 703 calories.I slept 10:15 In a hotel bed but took Sleep Works.I drank 109 oz of water.Bottom line - Today was a big win.For those who asked...yes I still have a training dairy and yes you can still see it. It's here and I usually update it every few days.
