[…] Thinking differently worked. I’ve been doing an average of 160 push ups and 6 minutes of planks. Now that I’m about to eliminate any deficits I can relax a little and don’t need to do my insane 160 push ups a day. It’s insane for me because the Push ups + rowing strains the area where my forearms meet my arms. I’m reading a book to learn to stretch those areas out. […]
