This is a documentation of day 4 of 39 (I update the morning after a day is complete)Thursday, May 4, 2017 - Day 490 minutes of Aikido in the morning and burned 398 calories.OTF in the evening and burned 822 calories.I had 5 meals each in the 480 calorie range.For the day I burned 3,426 calories.I took in 2,767 calories.The net deficit was 659 calories.I slept 4:25 (stressed out about waking up for 6:30 am class, woke up at 4:25 am)I drank 120 oz of water.Bottom line - Today was a win but I am tired.
