This is a documentation of day 21 of 39 (I update the morning after a day is complete)Tuesday, May 21, 2017 - Day 21Did nothing but watch kids swim. On a better note, I just crossed the half way mark. 19 days to the finish line.I had 5 meals each in the 480 calorie range.For the day I burned 2,520 calories.I took in 2,320 calories.The net deficit was 200 calories.I slept 5:58I drank 106 oz of water.Bottom line - Today was a big win because I stuck to my plan. 13 prepped meals while at the swim meet weekend.For those who asked...yes I still have a training dairy and yes you can still see it. It's here and I usually update it every few days.
