This is a documentation of day 17 of 39 (I update the morning after a day is complete)Wednesday, May 17, 2017 - Day 17Aikido in the evening and burned 484 calories. It was very very very hard. All this test prep is wearing my silly ass down. It's good in the sense that I'm getting plenty of reps but the hard part is to be mindless. Meaning to be "on" but "off" at the same time. The test is the sensei calling out a specific attack and the technique they want to see demonstrated. The issue is the library of techniques is so HUGE that it takes some time to "find it" in your mind. Last night I had to go completely mentally silent so I could get to the right technique when it was called. Truly this is a very interesting experience.I had 5 meals each in the 480 calorie range.For the day I burned 3,025 calories.I took in 2,305 calories.The net deficit was 720 calories.I slept 5:46I drank 114 oz of water.Bottom line - Today was a big win.For those who asked...yes I still have a training dairy and yes you can still see it. It's here and I usually update it every few days.
