This is a documentation of day 15 of 39 (I update the morning after a day is complete)Monday, May 15, 2017 - Day 15OTF with my coach Sarah, the machine whacked out and said I burned 702 calories. In the evening I did Aikido and saw God. I got on the rivet and couldn't get off - think depleted. Like a grape turned into a prune. I had nothing in the gas tank, zero reserves. But developing the mind that will allow you to put out even when nothing is there is a goal all athletes need to develop. I survived and burned up 596 calories. After class Weiner Sensei guided my food intake a bit. His assessment was I was drastically under eating, so we stopped tracking Advocare products and just concentrated on whole food intake. I also cracked at 10:30 pm and eat 2 oz of nuts. This weight loss challenge is driving my ass bat shit crazy. Being a performance athlete is incompatible with being in a weight loss challenge. Just need to survive 25 more days.I had 5 meals each in the 480 calorie range.For the day I burned 3,403 calories.I took in 2,655 calories.The net deficit was 748 calories.I slept 7:21I drank 147 oz of water.Bottom line - Today was a win but it cost me.For those who asked...yes I still have a training dairy and yes you can still see it.
