With 10 months done and 2 to go here's the update:
- Push up goal - 26,000. I've done 21,763 and am 108 in front of the 8 ball.
- Planks goal - 43,800 seconds. I've done 37,197 and am 717 seconds in front of the 8 ball.
- Rowing goal - 1,000,000 meters. I've rowed 869,000 meters and am 126,534 meters ahead of the 8 ball.
- Walking goal - 300 miles. I'm done.
The icing on the cake is I earned 6th Kyu in Aikido as well :)I've figured out my 2014 goal with the help of my personal fitness board of directors. I'll announce those goals on 12/31.
