2014 goals:
- 26,000 Push ups. I've done 13,030 and am 1,993 behind the 8 ball. Still doing 3 sets of 50 seven days a week, holding up good.
- 4th Kyu in Aikido. I need a minimum of 80 classes and I have 17.
The April update has more details.Here some more things I've learned about myself: I am developing the ability to "watch and then do". I think for any kind of athlete that is an important skill. Since starting Aikido that skill is at a much higher premium than ever before. I use this tool, it's called Aikido3D.
