Posters in the kids rooms

I’m not a big fan of posters in the kids rooms so we gave them the option of hanging “good thoughts” in their rooms.Thoughts manifest reality. It’s wise to channel their thoughts while we still can.

The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg

This book was a gift from my little Advocare buddy Kayla. (In urdu, my native language Kayla means banana.) It was actually a revolutionary book for me to understand the cycle of craving -> cue -> reward yielding habits. DEFINITELY a great read, especially if you’re learning a new thing.
